International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo and real estate in Monaco
Every year in Monaco, the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo is the most prestigious circus event in the world. Created by Prince Rainier III in 1974, this series of performances, which brings together the most dazzling attractions under a shining big circus tent, is also one of the most eagerly awaited competitions for international artists, who compete for the supreme award, the Golden Clown (le "Clown d'Or").

The International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo is the world's most important circus event, and has been a major event for nearly half a century, to the delight of spectators of all ages.
For 10 days, under the big circus tent in Fontvieille, artists from all over the world take to the stage to perform amazing acts that arouse admiration and wonder.
Clowns, acrobats, magicians, jugglers and tightrope walkers all put on dazzling performances and take part in the most eagerly awaited competition in the circus world: the Golden Clown.
As a corollary to these breathtaking exhibitions, which contribute to the Monegasque reputation, the New Generation Festival presents the rising stars of the circus. These young virtuosos from all over the world perform in front of an international jury, and the most talented among them are awarded a gold, silver or bronze Junior.
H.S.H. Princess Stephanie at the origin of the World Circus Federation
Since her childhood, H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie has been passionate about the circus arts. Now President of the Festival since 2005, she is involved in the conception and organization of the International Festival of Monte-Carlo. Firmly attached to the legacy of the traditional circus, H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie participates in the selection of international acts and brings her expertise in the staging of this live show whose reputation extends internationally.
She also contributed to the creation of the International Circus Federation, whose headquarters are based in Monaco.
Among the Grimaldis, support for this ancestral art has been passed down from generation to generation. After succeeding her father, Prince Rainier III, Princess Stéphanie shares the torch with Pauline, her eldest daughter, who becomes President of the International Jury of the New Generation Festival they created.
The Fontvieille Chapiteau : a unique institution
The Fontvieille Chapiteau has been a permanent institution in Monaco since 1986, marking the continuity of this unforgettable event.
Just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean, this giant 2,000 m2 canvas tent hosts, in addition to the International Circus Festival, numerous events thanks to its large capacity.
Dinner shows, exhibitions, congresses or events dedicated to gastronomy, many private and public events are organized in the heart of this prestigious amphitheater with an artistic vocation.
In the heart of the Fontvieille district next to the Chapiteau
It is in the heart of the most high-tech district of Monaco that this unmissable event of the International Circus calendar takes place. Fontvieille, built on the sea, is a residential area where many activities rock the life of its inhabitants and visitors.
